Objectives
1-To take pride in our heritage and to celebrate our Libanism.
2-To take back the ownership (the artistic licence) of this celebrated Lebanese culinary dish as many regional countries in the middle East claim it to be part of their heritage.
3-To set and correct the recipes that certain magazines have published either in Ireland or UK that do not relate in any way to Tabbouli.(the winning recipe will be made public and distributed through the media).
4-To launch a precedent that could become an annual festival to be included in the World Lebanese festival Calendars.
